Vacations For Cougars

OK now that I have you convinced why this is the perfect vacation hot spot for Cougars or Single Ladies, let me tell you what the typical tour includes.

1.  7 days/6 nights – arrive on a Tuesday where early arrivals will hang out at the hotel across the street from the airport using their pool and restaurant until all tour members for the week have arrived.  We will then make the 2 hour drive to San Juan del Sur.  Along the way I’ll share as much helpful information as I can.  No meals included this day.

2.  Transportation to and from the airport and all the scheduled group activities.

3.  There are several hotels or private homes to use depending on the size of the tour group but they are all centrally located with great beach/ocean views and within easy walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.  You will have some accommodation choices that will affect your overall package price.

4.  The first day you will receive a map and breakfast while on a walking tour of San Juan del Sur so you will know where to go if you want breakfast, shopping, or just the best places to hang out.  After the first day all other breakfasts will be on your own since I don’t want to “wake you” after what was hopefully an enjoyable evening. 

5.  Also the first day a good-looking Spanish teacher will give you a “quick” lesson, including a cheat sheet, so you can simply point to what you want to say in Spanish.  However many locals also speak English and they are more than willing to help you with your Spanish.

6.  All lunches and dinners will be with the group and are included in the package price.  Lunch the first day will also be a very “special” lunch with many surprises to pamper you and prepare you for your week in SJDS including a rum tasting of Nicaragua’s famous Flor de Cana Rums.  I have scheduled each lunch or dinner based on the local activities for that week providing you with the best opportunities to experience the various aspects of this fantastic party town and make the most of your vacation!

7.  Following dinner each night you can either retire to your room and relax or go out to the bars and clubs with me!  This is a dancing culture and they love to dance or sit around the bars and drink!

8.  Our second day, Thursday, is at the beach with some hot surf instructors!  You can learn to surf or boogie board or just sit on the beach and watch the ”eye candy”.   Then enjoy a special Happy Hour and dinner at Mango Rosa Resort on the way back to town from the famous surfing beach, Maderas. 

9.  One free massage and two free yoga classes.

10.  A free hospitality table every day for sunset drinks.  We are close to the equator so the sun sets early, usually around 5:45 pm, give or take 30 minutes, depending on the time of the year.

11.  On site concierge service for booking local excursions such as horseback riding, surfing lessons, turtle tours, ATV tours, Jet Skis, canopy tours, sail boat trips, fishing trips, massages, pedicures, manicures, facials, etc.  These are not included in the price of the package but we will arrange everything for you.

12.  THEME PARTIES!!!  Would you like to try “Body Painting” on a hard body?   A “Bachelor Auction” to benefit local charities?  If you can sing or play an instrument, come ready for Open Mic Nite at Pau Hana!  Or attend one of Nicaragua’s many holidays or concerts; SJDS is where the Nicaraguans come to party and they love to party!  These are just a few of the things that could happen in any given week. 

13.  Travel home on the following Monday.  No meals included this day.

14.  Average package price for 7 days and 6 nights is $1,600 (this does not include airfare, you will book your own airfare)

15.  If you prefer a slightly shorter trip, no problem, just let me know and I can adjust the package price accordingly.
